Important Note

Use of the ep2p platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they meet this age requirement before registering or making any transactions.

2. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements
  • Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ep2p reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Registering with false information or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Account Security
  • Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login credentials confidential.
  • Ep2p will never ask for a user's password through any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
  • Users must notify ep2p immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. ep2p is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
  • Phone number verification and an active email address are required to complete registration.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Ep2p platform users agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. These rules exist to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all users. Violations of any of the following rules may result in action being taken against the account, including temporary suspension or permanent closure.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the ep2p platform.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
  • Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it.
  • Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or system glitches for personal gain.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the terms of the offer, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
  • Posting offensive, obscene, or disruptive content targeting other users through any communication feature on the platform.

General User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the ep2p platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. ep2p makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users assume full legal responsibility for accessing the platform from their respective locations.

4. Payments & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the ep2p platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ep2p does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion carried out by users outside the platform is entirely the user's own responsibility.

Deposit Policy
  • Deposits may only be made using payment methods approved by ep2p, including FPX online banking, local e-wallets, and bank transfers.
  • Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except in cases of technical errors verified by ep2p.
  • Ep2p reserves the right to reject or withhold any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud pending the outcome of an investigation.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal Policy
  • Withdrawals are processed only to a verified bank account held in the registered user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to a security review process, which may take some time depending on the method and amount requested.
  • Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Users must fulfil the specified requirements before such balances become eligible for withdrawal.
  • Ep2p reserves the right to decline or place a hold on withdrawals if there are signs of suspicious activity or if identity verification has not been completed.

5. Account Policy & Liability Limits

Account Suspension & Closure

Ep2p reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
  • Inaccurate or unverifiable registration information.
  • Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or serious violations may forfeit their account balance with no right to reclaim it. ep2p's decisions regarding account closure are final, subject to an internal appeals process that can be initiated via the customer support email.

Ep2p Liability Limits

Ep2p is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server downtime, data loss, or payment failures originating from third-party systems.

The ep2p platform is provided "as is". ep2p does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. That said, ep2p endeavours to ensure maximum uptime and will notify users of planned maintenance whenever possible.
