Account & Identity Information
- Full name, date of birth and gender as provided during registration.
- Email address and phone number used for login and account verification.
- Username and encrypted password (we do not store passwords in plain text).
- Identity verification information such as a copy of your ID if required for compliance purposes.
Local Payment Information (MYR)
- Bank name and bank account number for withdrawal processing (stored in encrypted form).
- Records of deposit and withdrawal transactions in MYR (RM), including date, amount, and payment method.
- Ep2p does not store credit card details or card numbers directly — all transactions are processed through verified third-party payment providers.
Device & Usage Information
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information used to access the platform.
- Activity log data including games played, session duration, navigation clicks, and login frequency.
- General location information based on IP address for compliance and fraud detection purposes.

Ep2p uses the information collected for legitimate purposes necessary to operate the platform. We do not use user data for unrelated purposes without prior consent.

All data transmitted between user devices and ep2p servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. User passwords are stored in hashed form and cannot be decrypted. Bank account details and financial transactions are stored with additional encryption.
User data is stored on servers located in data centres that comply with industry security standards. ep2p retains user data for as long as the account remains active, or as long as necessary for legitimate business purposes or legal compliance. When an account is closed at the user's request and no legal retention obligations apply, data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
